Our Trade Program is designed to support interior designers, architects, builders, and other design professionals. Members receive exclusive benefits, including a trade discount and dedicated support from our team to help you with product selection, orders, and deliveries for all your projects.
Our program is open to accredited design professionals. While we review each application individually, this typically includes interior designers, architects, home stagers, builders, and commercial developers.

To expedite your application, please be prepared to provide proof of your business. This typically includes one or more of the following:
- A valid Business License or Resale Certificate.
- Your business's Tax ID number (EIN).
Trade Discount: A 20% discount on all full-priced items.
No Minimums: Your trade discount applies to all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Dedicated Support: You'll have access to our Trade Services team for help with orders, product questions, and project support.
Insider Access: Be the first to know about new collections, events, and exclusive trade-only offers.
Once your account is approved, your trade discount will be automatically linked to your account. Simply log in to cassarohome.com before you shop, and your 20% discount will be visible on the item prices.
Your trade discount is applicable to full-priced merchandise only and cannot be combined with other promotional codes or applied to items on sale.
Once your trade account is approved with your valid Resale or Tax-Exempt, your account will have a tax-exempt status.
Yes, we strongly encourage ordering samples, as all cut fabric is final sale. You can order samples directly from the fabric product pages.
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee starting at $49.00 for all orders shipped via UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous United States. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, please contact us for a custom quote.
All orders are processed at our Houston, TX warehouse within 1-3 business day. Once shipped, standard UPS Ground delivery takes 1-7 business days, depending on your location in the contiguous US.
Trade orders follow our standard 30-day return policy. Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that for returns not related to a defect or shipping error, a 25% restocking fee will apply. All cut fabrics, opened pillows, and final sale items are non-returnable.
