At checkout, we’ll provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order based on your shipping method. Standard shipping charges may apply based on the order volume. General delivery for items not in stock is 6-8 weeks.
Returns
We maintain a 30-day return policy. Should you discover a manufacturer defect or damage upon delivery, you can return or exchange it any time within 30 days of your purchase. We accepts returns on new, unused product, in its original packaging. Due to the bulky nature of our products, a 25% restocking fee will apply to returned
All soft goods can be returned or exchanged with the exception of pillows. Due to hygienic reasons we only accept pillow returns if they are unopened and still in original packing - but our usual warranties still apply.
